Name:
Creil Bevier
Age:
38
Race:
Human
Position:
Paladin Chapter Master
Appearance:
Creil Is tall, roughly around 6'6" - and when he's in his amour it gives him another inch or so. Creil is also fairly heavy set, and very well built - mostly from a lifetime of trudging about encased in steel, and wielding a huge broadsword. He weighs over 16st without his armor.
He has shoulder length blond hair and blue eyes, a friendly face and beaming smile. (See sig, for an idea of him in his amour)
The armor he wears is ornate but functional, and very well maintained, and it catches the sun and gleams brightly. He wears a white surcoat over his armor that ends at the knees, covering all but his arms and shins and belted at the waist with a length of black rope.
Family:
Creil was the son of a Paladin By the name of Blain Bevier, and his mother was a lady of noble birth by the name of Nyrana Carland. Both have passed away in the years gone by since his birth.
Personality:
Creil is calm and collected, but rather rash - he is quick to take up a challenge, and can be neck deep in trouble before he realises it. He is normally kind and caring, and is an honourable, and very religious man.
Likes:
God, religion, honor, happiness, justice, traveling, contemplation
Dislikes:
Evil, dishonor, debauchery, drunkards, criminals, offensive people
History:
Born into a deeply religious society founded by Paladin Knights seeking to spread the word of God to the outside world, Creil was raised around deep and powerful belief and culture.
The village founded ages ago by warriors of the just, as a staging post for missionary expeditions, holy quests and similar 'adventures' was built by a great river in a desert land far from Avaren. By the time of Creil's birth it had grown into a proud city with a Paladin Chapter of its own.
His father brought him to the paladin chapterhouse when he was only eight years old, and from then on Creil became a member of the holy order. He was raised by, and to become a mighty warrior of god.
At the age of 16 Creil was the youngest knight ever known, to be given his full amour and ceremonial spurs - and he truly deserved them - few equaled him with a lance, and fewer with a sword.
When his father passed away of a sickness, Creil was in line to become the next Chapter Master. Not only was he the son of the old lord, but the greatest knight in the chapterhouse. He proved himself in the tournaments and in the chapel, and was awarded with the sword and armor his father carried.
Years later, Creil sought to return to Avaren to learn all he can about the city where his people originated, the state of the world outside his own homeland, and to return home with his news and findings. He came alone as to avoid attracting too much attention, but has a habit of acting before considering the consequences.
Other information:
Creil wields a massive two handed broadsword, and also carries a morning star (Large Spiked Mace), lances, and a battle axe somewhere near to hand, either across his back, at his waist, or on his horse. He is also well versed in holy magic, as all paladins are.
