Opinions are only reasonable when backed with reasons(in case you couldn't guess that).
I personally think highly of his political abilities.
After all, he does have a history of supporting and advocating actions in support of antitrust activities, even against large and powerful companies such as U.S Steel. Let’s not also forget his support of both the 16th and 17th amendments, the latter of which changing election of senators into a direct election process. Then, of course, he was in strong support of international arbitration in the case of disputes between foreign powers, which is why he's well known as an advocate of world peace.
